Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery from the date your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery.

While we do our best to meet these delivery times, delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@peptipens.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect products ordered by the customer.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
